If it is full already try to remove half of the contents. Put a plunger over the drain and use an up and down movement until it drains. If this is unsuccessful then try using a plumbing auger (a snake-like cable) by pressing it down inside the drain until you feel it hitting the item that is causing the clog. Next try breaking up the blockage using the auger. If this is also not working then you must call a plumber.
